17-2434 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 ("Amendment") to Agreement for Construction Management Services ("Agreement"), dated October 27, 2016, between Oakland Unified School District ("District") and Cumming Construction Management, Inc. ("Construction Manager"), in the additional amount of $1,808,685.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $900,000.00 to $2,708,685.00 and to extending the term of Agreement from December 1, 2016 through November 30, 2017 to November 30, 2018. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
