K2.-7 17-2362 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract between Oakland Unified School District and WestEd for the latter to to guide and support the school district's overall planning and strategic budgeting activities for the 2017-2018 school year, working in collaboration with the Superintendent, the Executive Team, and other identified stakeholder's groups as necessary through the period November 10, 2017 through January 9, 2018 in an amount not to exceed $140,000.00.
