K.-15 17-2294 Approval by the Board of Education of a One Year Term Extension of Amendment No. 1 to the Master Services Agreement between District and PeopleAdmin, Inc., Austin, TX, for the latter to continue providing a subscription and associated professional services for the platform used by the Talent Department to make the District's recruitment process more effective through cloud-based applicant tracking services, for the period beginning November 10, 2017 through November 9, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $61,567.01. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement that was in effective from November 10, 2016 to November 9, 2017 are extended by incorporation herein.
