K.-18 17-2042 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and R&D Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a Home Intervention Specialist, to help identify all TK-5th grade students who are struggling academically and/or behaviorally, through means delineated in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, and provide individual and weekly group support sessions for said students; serve as active member of school's COST Team and Culture and Climate Team; convene regular family meetings of students who are chronically absent, tardy or who receive more than three behavior referrals in a month, at Burckhalter Elementary School, for the term September 5, 2017 through June 8, 2018, at a cost not to exceed $25,000.00.
