K.-16 17-2126 Approval By the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Architectural Services between the District and Verde Design, Inc., Santa Clara, CA, for the latter to provide additional construction administrative services, bidding assistance and project close out services, in conjunction with the Bret Harte Middle School Field Project, in the amount of $38,400.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $82,700.00 to $212,100.00. All other terms and conditions of Agreement remain in full force and effect.
