K.-5 17-2176 Approval by the Board of Education of a Customer Resale Master Services Agreement between the District and SHI International, Inc., Somerset, NJ, a Microsoft Reseller, pursuant to terms and conditions thereof, for the purchase of a full suite of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), as named in Quotation #13816006, for three years at a cost of $178,613.50 annually, for a cumulative cost not to exceed $535,840.00, for the term October 23, 2017 through October 31, 2020.
