My position is neutral because I don't know what the Board position is on lease/rentals. More Prop 39 space given up to charters the less space for public schools. Pressure is to close schools. Charter rental income pressure dictates to keep more schools open for income if positive cash flow. Complexity is property management is not institutions primary mission. And, long term leases make school closure more complex.
