17-1332 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter's Sports Manager to provide an additional 5 days of sports recreation, skill building and other activities for students; provide additional supervision to students before school, at recess and at lunch; Coach C will support at risk students by providing mentoring; meet with individual students and support them with the challenges, in the additional amount of $3245.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $28,000.00 to $31,245.00 and extending the term of the Contract from August 22, 2016 through June 9, 2017 to June 16, 2017, at Community United Elementary School, via the Office of Post-Secondary Readiness. All other terms and conditions of Contract remain in full force and effect.
