17-1407 Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1617-0154, Award of Bid and Contract for Construction Services (Award of Bid Agreement), on behalf of the District, to AEKO Consulting, Oakland, CA, for the Edna Brewer Fire & Intrusion Upgrade Project, in the amount of $844,000.00, as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, and rejecting all other bids, if any, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to enter into and execute an Agreement for same with the successful bidder with work being conducted in one (1) phase, with a Contract Duration: (60) days Calendar Days, commencing June 15, 2017, and ending on May 31, 2018.
