17-1386 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3 Independent Consultant Agreement between the District and Consolidated Engineering laboratories, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional construction phase geotechnical consultations and geotechnical engineering services, in conjunction with the Madison Middle School Expansion - New Construction Project, in the amount of $58,015.00, increasing the Agreement amount not to exceed amount from $23,800.00 to $81,815.00 and extending the Agreement term from August 27, 2014 through November 28, 2017 to November 19, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
