17-1376 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, to provide the latter additional fees for ramp repairs, fence repairs and additional punch list walks to close out project, in conjunction with the Burbank Site Improvement Project, in the amount of $6,750,00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $78,750.00 to $85,500.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
