17-1360 Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding between the District and the Contra Costa County Office of Education, Region 4 Local Educational Consortium, Pleasant Hill, CA, for the latter to process and submit Medi-Cal Administrative Activity (MAA) claims to the State for reimbursement to the District, for an administrative fee not to exceed $112,000.00, of which is 7.0% of the projected MAA reimbursement the District expects to receive, for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
