17-1331 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Professional Services Contract between the District and We Lead Ours, Oakland, CA, reducing with the latter the total number of hours needed for the Tobacco Use Prevention Education (TUPE) Program at middle and high school sites, by -$10,000.00, decreasing the Contact not to exceed amount from $181,000.00 to $171,000.00, for the period of August 22, 2016 through June 8, 2017. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
