17-1260 Approval by the Board of Education of MDRC - Oakland Unified School District Agreement Re: Academic Language Intervention: Roles and Responsibilities between District and MDRC, New York, NY, and its partners, Abt Associates, the Florida Center for Reading Research (FCRR), and the Strategic Education Research partnership (SERP), for District's participation in an Academic Language Intervention Study, conducted by randomizing schools to treatment and business as usual conditions between schools that implement the Word Generation Elementary Program (and schools that do not), for the term May 23, 2017 through December 31, 2019, via the English Language Learners and Multilingual Achievement Office, with District receiving $7500.00 for its participation in said study.
