17-1234 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Independent Consultant Agreement between the District and Consolidated Engineering Laboratories, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide geotechnical engineering, materials testing and construction inspection services for Phase III, in conjunction with the Whittier Expansion - New Construction Project, in an amount of $18,941.77, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $267,676.63 to $286,618.40 and extended the term from June 24, 2015 to December 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
