17-1232 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Contractor (Consultant) Agreement between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide inspection services for all construction activities and DSA approved projects, in conjunction with the Edna Brewer Fire Alarm Upgrade Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing June 15, 2017 and concluding no later than March 30, 2018, in an amount not-to-exceed $35,640.00.
