17-1230 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Contractor (Consultant) Agreement between the District and KDI Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide inspection services throughout the entire project, in conjunction with the Oakland International Prop 39 HVAC Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing June 15, 2017 and concluding no later than July 21, 2017, in an amount not-to-exceed $4,180.00.
