17-1196 Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding Between District and A Partner Organization - Planting Justice, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Food Justice Program once a week at Fremont, McClymonds, West Oakland and MetWest Schools, once a week in the garden and classroom to grow food, harvest, and use what's coming out of the garden and to learn about social movements related to food justice, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019, at no cost to the District.
