17-1212 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement between District and Leadership Associate, Santa Barbara, CA, an executive search firm, for the latter to provide additional specialized search services in the District's search for a superintendent, for the period of January 13, 2017 through June 30, 2017, in a revised not to exceed amount of $42,500.00 for services or $5,000.00 for expenses. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
