17-0898 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between District and Darien Dabner, Santa Clara, CA, for the latter to provide additional design, coaching and facilitation of Leadership Towards Excellence (LTE) Training sessions, as described in the Scope of Work, for the period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in the amount of $25,000.00, increasing the Contract, not to exceed amount from $75,000.00 to $100,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
