17-1223 Approval by the Board of Education of the Agreement for the Rehabilitation of Jefferson Campus between the District and Education for Change to enable Education For Change - Learning Without Limits Charter School to submit an application for California School Facility Program ("CSFP") funds. If the CSFP funds are granted by the State, Education for Change - Learning Without Limits Charter School will rehabilitate the Jefferson Campus located at 2035 40th Avenue, Oakland, CA, at no cost to the District.
