17-1216 Approval by the Board of Education of the Agreement for the Rehabilitation of Sherman Elementary School Campus between the District and Urban Montessori to enable Urban Montessori to submit an application for California School Facility Program ("CSFP") funds. If the CSFP funds are granted by the State, Urban Montessori - Charter School will rehabilitate the Sherman Campus located at 5328 Brann Street, Oakland, CA, at no cost to the District.
