17-0961 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Kristin Loo, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 180 hours of service, serving as a full-time Student based Enterprise Manager, for Student led Enterprise Program, teaching students business skills in the following area: Financial Analysis, Operations, Marketing, Selling and Human Resources Management, at Skyline High School, in the additional amount of $9,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $40,000.00 to $49,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full effect.
