17-0946 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Higher Ground Neighborhood Development, Oakland, CA, for the latter to develop science curriculum as well as support student enrichment activities, in an additional amount not to exceed $6,500.00, increasing the Contact not to exceed amount from $20,310.00 to $26,810.000 and extending the term of the Contract from August 22, 2016 through June 9, 2017 to June 30, 2017. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
