17-0839 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Michael Sullivan, Riverbank, CA, for the latter to maintain up to date all software applications in all computers installed in classrooms and computer lab as well as 8 Chromebook carts, reducing the amount by -$6,250.00, decreasing the Contact not to exceed amount from $30,000.00 to $23,750.00 and decreasing the work hours from 7.5 hours per day to 5 hours per day, at Castlemont High School, for the term of August 22, 2016 through June 30, 2017. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
