17-1004 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Contractor (Consultant) Agreement (Under $88,300) between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide: geotechnical engineering including soil borings; site-specific ground motion assessment; geo-hazard assessment; environmental soil assessment; sub grade moisture assessment and written reports, in conjunction with the Hillcrest Elementary School Finishing Kitchen Upgrade Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing May 25, 2017 and concluding no later than December 31, 2018, in an amount not-to-exceed $18,500.00.
