17-0941 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide project management and air monitoring services during the removal of asbestos containing materials, in conjunction with the Glenview Elementary School - New Construction Project, in an amount of $27,980.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $31,400.00 to $59,380.00 and extending the Agreement term of June 22, 2016 through December 1, 2017 to December 31, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
