17-0930 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between District and Jamie Lee, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 80 hours (from 480 to 560) to develop and implement a systematic procedure for receiving records regarding identified students; serve through consultation and conferences with the regular classroom teacher; serve through consultation and conferences with the Title I instructional Technology Consultant to assist in participation in computer-assisted instruction and alternate learning modality program; participate in a Title I instructional program; establish channels of communication between school staff and counterparts (including teachers and staff) carrying student development programs, as appropriate, to facilitate coordination of programs; conduct meetings involving parents, elementary teachers, to discuss the developmental and other needs of identified students; organize and participate in joint transition-related training of school staff, where appropriate, and other student development programs; and link the educational services provided by local educational agency with the services provided to identified students and families, at St. Elizabeth Elementary School, via the Office of Accountability Partners, in the additional amount of $800.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from $12,000.00 to $12,800.00, for the period of December 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
