17-0976 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Kate Wadsworth, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 37.3 hours needed to continue supervision of six social work interns which will include one hour weekly of individual supervision for each intern and co-lead the two-hour weekly group supervision meeting with the current District Interim Supervisor, for the period of August 24, 2016 through June 3, 2017, in the amount of $2,800.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $44,400.00 to $47,200.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
