17-0954 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Individual Service Agreement to the Master Memorandum of Understanding (MMOU) between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide its Menu Option C-Lead Agency Unit for Small High School, for additional services to enhance the current comprehensive after school program that services approximately 120 students for the after school program at Rudsdale Continuation High School, for the period of July 1, 2016 through August 18, 2017, in the amount of $55,808.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $156,682.47 to $212,490.47. All other terms and conditions of Agreement remain in full force and effect.
