17-0812 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and The Mastery Design Collaborative, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 3-month collaborative to support four (4) schools in District's Elevation Network with transforming their school model over three years: Elmhurst Community Preparatory, Alliance Academy, Emerson Elementary, and Westlake Middle , extending the Contract term of December 1, 2016 through March 31, 2017 to June 30, 2017, in the additional amount of $35,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $50,000.00 to $85,000.00, via the Office of Post-Secondary Readiness. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
