17-0660 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and the San Francisco Bay Area Council, Learning for Life, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide an additional staff member to serve as the After School Site Coordinator, and additional enrichment classes of circus arts and mural arts for the After School Program at Manzanita Seed Elementary School, for the period of July 1, 2016 through August 20, 2017, in the amount of $42,250.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $20,000.00 to $62,250.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
