17-0510 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Facilities Use Agreement between District and Community School for Creative Education (CSCE), for the use of District property located at 2111 International Boulevard, Oakland CA 94606, for one additional five (5) year term, with the extension ending effective June 30, 2022; for the 2017-18 school year, the Proposition 39 rate is $4.73 per square foot at 17,612 square feet or a 2017-18 annual rate of $83,304.76; and during the extension, the facility use rate will be adjusted annually to conform to the then Proposition 39 or comparable rate then in effect. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
