17-0536 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement (Less Than $87,700) between District and PLS Surveys, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the later to provide topographical and utility survey and report, in conjunction with the Claremont Middle School Kitchen Repair Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing April 13, 2017 and concluding no later than May 31, 2017, in an amount not-to-exceed $7,750.00.
