17-0530 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Contractor Agreement (Less Than $87,700) between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide DSA Inspection Services for Fire and Intrusion Alarm system, in conjunction with the Burbank Middle School Fire Alarm Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing May 1, 2017 and concluding no later than April 1, 2018, in an amount not-to exceed $35,640.00.
