17-0508 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Individual Service Agreement to the Master Memorandum of Understanding (MMOU) between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional services from its Menu Option C-Lead Agency Unit for Small High Schools, for physical fitness activities and an adult/parent culinary arts program to enhance the current comprehensive after school program that serves approximately 75 students at Ralph J. Bunche High School, for the period July 1, 2016 through August 18, 2017, in the amount of $11,900.00, increasing the ISA not to exceed amount from $73,902.00 to $85,802.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
