17-0440 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Veronika Lopez-Mendez, San Diego, CA, for the latter to provide direct professional learning and consultation to school in support of the development and refinement of school emerging two-way dual immersion program, including consultation on proposals for program structure, curriculum and instruction, offering professional learning on language development practices and MTSS; coach leadership to implement and plan program, engage families and staff in development of the program; support school's effort to develop a quality K-8 two-way immersion dual language program to support all students at the site access a quality education, at Greenleaf Elementary School, via the English Learners and Multi-Lingual Achievement Department, for the term February 9, 2017 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
