17-0325 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and After-School All-Stars, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide two new classes for students during 7th period - a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) class for boys and an Entrepreneurship/Maker Space Class for all girls - for the After School Program at Claremont Middle School, for the period of July 1, 2016 through August 20, 2017, in the amount of $10,000.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $96,837.00 to $106,837.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
