17-0435 Approval by the Board of Education for Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Partners in School Innovation, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to support four site principals with one and one-half days a week of job-embedded support with the goal of putting in-place the systems and structures that are necessary to improve adult learning to effectively implement priority initiatives and increase student learning, via the Office of Continuous School Improvement, in the additional amount of $344,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of Contract from $56,000.00 to $400,000.00 and extending the contract term of September 1, 2016 through December 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
