17-0363 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No.1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Anne Diskin, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional new teacher targeted writing instruction support over an extended period of time, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the additional amount of $2000.00, increasing Contract not to exceed amount from $3000.00 to $5000.00, and extending the term of Contract from January 3, 2017 through March 15, 2017 to June 30, 2017, at Peralta Elementary School. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
