17-0087 Adoption by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1617-0115 - Approving Amendment No. 2, Contract No. CCTR-6008, California General Child Care and Development Program, Project No. 01-6125-00-6 between District and the California Department of Education, by amending the particulars stated, regarding the Alameda County Individualized Child Care Subsidy Pilot Plan, the Maximum Reimbursable Amount, the Maximum Rate, and Service Requirements, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, and reducing the encumbered amount by -$481,512.00, decreasing the prior encumbrance of $2,596,136.00 to $2,114,624.00, via the Early Childhood Education Department, the period July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
