17-0397 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Individual Service Agreement (ISA) to the Master Memorandum of Understanding (MMOU ) between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional services from it Menu Option A: Elementary School Lead Agency, with an emphasis on family literacy activities for additional staff to focus on life skills and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) to enhance the current comprehensive after school program that serves approximately 93 students at Esperanza Academy, for the period July 1, 2016 through August 18, 2017, in the amount of $7,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $87,054.00 to $94,054.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
