17-0395 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Individual Service Agreement (ISA) to the Master Memorandum of Understanding (MMOU) between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to decrease the current level of services below the initial plan stated in the ISA for Option A-Elementary School Lead Agency, for the period of July 1, 2016 through August 18, 2017, in the amount of -$1,529.00, reducing the not to exceed amount of the ISA from $93,619.00 to $92,090.00, at Bridges Academy. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
