17-0302 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Contractor Agreement between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Inspector-of-Record (IOR) inspections, in conjunction with the Foster Central Commissary Project, in an amount not-to exceed $180,500.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $402,800.00 to $583,300.00, for the term January 13, 2016 through December 31, 2018. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
