17-0225 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Mikaela Burns, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to assist District in implementing post surveys for students and families to measure recognition and consumption of California Specialty Crops; enter and compile survey data and compare to baseline results; analyze designated menu cycles and recipes for # of recipes and recipe frequency containing over 50% California Specialty Crop by volume and compare against baseline data; collect and assess purchasing data to determine % specialty crop purchases from CA; other data collection and analysis projects as assigned; and write reports and draw charts/graphs to represent data as needed, via the Nutrition Services Department, for the term January 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $6,300.00.
