17-0145 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Critical Juncture, LLC, Mill Valley, CA, for the latter to make the following improvements to the District's California Healthy Kids Data Analysis tool: 1) Update multi-year architecture and align tool to questions on the 2016-17 student, parent, and staff surveys; 2) Import and visualize 2016-17 student data from online surveys of students in grades 5-12; 3) Import and visualize 2016-17 parent data from online and paper surveys; and 4) Import and visualize 2016-17 staff data from California School Climate survey, via the Research, Assessment and Development (RAD) Department, for the term January 16, 2017 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $6,000.00.
