17-0095 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Michael Sullivan, Riverbank, CA, for the latter to maintain up to date all software applications in all computers (current and new) installed in classrooms and computer lab, and 8 Chromebook carts; provide technical assistance and ensure that teachers with a Promethean Smart Board have uninterrupted access to computer/software to deliver instruction; keep open communication with District's Technical Services for software and equipment specifications and requirements to keep technology operating 24/7 without interruption; provide assistance to staff to operate and maintain sound, visual and light system during school assemblies, staff, parents and community meetings and provide assistance on site during weekends with 24 hours advance notice, at Castlemont High School, for the term August 22, 2016 through July 31, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
