17-0070 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Byron Huey, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Office of Adult and Career Education (OACE) with guidance to meet the new federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and the new state Adult Education Block Grant (AEBG) reporting requirements; train staff to operate and utilize the new version of the adult student data reporting system; train new staff on adult student data collection and assessment; and support administrative analysis of adult student outcomes, via the Office of Adult and Career Education, for the period of December 20, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
