17-0156 Ratification by the Board of Education of an Application Service Provider (ASP) Services Agreement between the District and Frontline eSolutions, LLC, dba, uConfirm, Woodstock, GA, for the latter to facilitate the exchange of employment and salary data (with respect to current and former employees) to third party verifiers, including, but not limited to, lenders, background check firms, property managers, prospective employers, and social service agencies, via the Talent Department, for the period January 18, 2017 through January 17, 2020, at no cost to the District.
