17-0092 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Glenview Elementary School Students Busing Services Agreement between District and Michael's Transportation, Vallejo, CA, for the latter to transport Glenview students on yellow school buses with seatbelts to the temporary location at Santa Fe Elementary School during the Glenview Construction Project, for one additional year due to anticipated extension of construction work at Glenview Elementary School, in the additional amount of $550,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $1,536,240.00 to $2,036,240.00, extending the term from May 11, 2016 through June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
